[Remote] VP Marketing North American Seats

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Bemis Manufacturing Company is a manufacturer focused on innovation and quality in its products. The VP Marketing will lead marketing and product development strategy for North American toilet seat and bidet product lines, drive consumer engagement and revenue growth, support retail and wholesale sales initiatives, and manage the marketing and product development team.


Responsibilities

  • Recruit, interview, hire, and train new staff in the department
  • Mentor and guide direct reports
  • Oversee the daily workflow of the direct reports
  • Responsible for the development and execution of annual marketing and product development plan, strategy, and team
  • Build, manage and coach a high-performing marketing and product development team
  • Identify competitors and evaluate their strategies and positioning and create counterstrategies
  • Evaluate new opportunities, trends, and insights to determine strategic fit while optimizing spend and performance
  • Provide leadership for annual strategic plans to review current market segments and develop action plans with Sales and Industry Segment teams
  • Create, deploy, and optimize brand content and standards across all platforms, ensuring brand consistency and consumer journey effectiveness
  • Evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple consumer touch points
  • Direct all initiatives across the marketing and product development team

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, PR, or Communications
  • 12+ years experience in brand building and product development
  • In depth knowledge of market research
