Restaurant Manager - Al-Rayyan, Qatar

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant located in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of the restaurant run smoothly and efficiently, while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities Oversee all front-of-house and back-of-house operations, including managing staff and scheduling shifts. Train and supervise staff to maintain high standards of service and ensure excellent customer experience. Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed. Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue, reduce costs, and improve overall performance. Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations. Create and maintain budgets, financial reports, and sales forecasts. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely manner. Collaborate with marketing team to plan promotional events or activities. Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff members. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred. Minimum 5 years of experience in restaurant management. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively. Excellent communication skills in English (Malayalam proficiency preferred). Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to work flexible hours including weekends.
