Key Responsibilities

  • Live Chat Support: Respond to incoming customer inquiries via our proprietary chat platform, addressing questions about product details, order status, returns, and troubleshooting.
  • Order Processing: Accurately enter and update orders, cancellations, and exchanges in the system, ensuring data integrity and timely fulfillment.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of product catalogs, promotions, and shipping policies to provide accurate information.
