Senior Marketing Operations - US

Description

ScaleOps is redefining autonomous cloud and AI infrastructure. We're on a mission to free software engineers from manual resource management so they can focus on innovation, not infrastructure. As the category leader in Autonomous Cloud and AI Infrastructure Resource Management, we're trusted by leading enterprises, including Adobe, Wiz, DocuSign, Coupa, and Fortune 100 companies, to autonomously manage their most critical production environments. The result: maximized performance and cloud costs cut by up to 80%.

Backed by Insight Partners, Lightspeed Venture Partners, and other leading VCs with over $210M in funding, ScaleOps is the leading player in a massive and growing market. We are building the autonomous infrastructure management platform that will power the next decade of enterprise compute.

We're looking for a Senior Marketing Operations & AI Manager to own the systems, processes, and data that power our marketing machine. This is a multidimensional role: you'll be the operational backbone of the marketing team, own performance analytics and funnel visibility, and actively drive AI adoption across marketing workflows, all in close collaboration with the Growth and GTM teams.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing operations or a related field
  • Proven expertise in HubSpot and Salesforce, including integrations and campaign performance tracking
  • Strong background in email marketing, lead nurturing, and marketing automation
  • Hands-on experience with analytics and reporting, including building dashboards, measuring funnel performance, and driving data-informed decisions
  • Genuine curiosity about AI tools and a track record of applying them to improve marketing efficiency and outcomes is a strong advantage
  • Data-driven mindset with a passion for testing, optimization, and process improvement
  • Understanding of full-funnel infrastructure, from top-of-funnel traffic through SQLs, closed-won customers, and renewals
  • Experience in a fast-paced startup environment is a must
  • Familiarity with DevOps, cloud infrastructure, or Kubernetes is a significant advantage

Responsibilities

  • Own and optimize HubSpot end-to-end, with working knowledge of Salesforce for field mapping and lead flow alignment
  • Design, implement, and continuously improve email marketing and nurture campaign strategies to drive engagement, lead progression, and conversion
  • Maintain operational workflows, scoring models, and segmentation strategies that support personalized, scalable campaign execution
  • Build and own marketing analytics frameworks, including dashboards, attribution models, and funnel reporting, that give clear visibility into campaign ROI and pipeline contribution
  • Analyze campaign and channel performance and translate findings into actionable recommendations for the team
  • Partner with the GTM Operations team to ensure data integrity and unified reporting across marketing and sales
  • Identify, pilot, and scale AI-powered tools and workflows within the marketing team, from intelligent segmentation and lead scoring to content automation and campaign optimization
  • Assist with event operations: flows, routing, landing pages, and reporting
  • Work cross-functionally with content, demand generation, and SDR teams to support pipeline growth
  • Be the go-to operational and data resource for the marketing team
