At MLR, we invite you to become a Senior Medical Recruiter. This role transcends typical expectations — think of it as a launching pad for your career. We are crafting a system that amplifies your capabilities, providing elite recruiters with top-notch technology, marketing, and operational backing necessary to magnify your impact and strengthen your personal brand.

You will oversee complete placement processes while fostering solid relationships with clients. Coupled with some of the most competitive commission structures in the field, your contributions will be justly rewarded.

Your Responsibilities

  • Remote flexibility: Work from anywhere with the freedom to organize your schedule.

Your Profile

  • 2-3+ years of experience in agency recruiting or consultative sales.
  • Comprehension of healthcare environments, or the eagerness to learn—we'll provide coaching.
  • Adept at managing client relationships and finalizing offers.
  • Familiarity with ATS/CRM systems (training for our platform will be provided).
  • An entrepreneurial spirit, driven to create something of lasting value.

What Makes Us Unique

Our philosophy rests on empowerment rather than micromanagement. The entire model we employ is aimed at helping you scale your performance—not just in placements, but in establishing your own personalized recruiting practice. Whether your ambitions involve earning seven-figure commissions, nurturing executive-level client partnerships, or launching a distinctive vertical under our banner, we are here to equip you with the essentials needed to succeed.

Designed for Who?

  • Experienced recruiters eager to elevate their career trajectories.
  • Healthcare sales professionals looking for a transformative career shift.
  • Agency recruiters frustrated with tedious administrative tasks and limited earnings.

Join us in revolutionizing recruitment. We are not your conventional agency; rather, we are a tech-forward recruiting platform that values senior recruiters as strategic allies, not mere order fillers. If you are ready to work intelligently, earn generously, and amplify your presence in the healthcare recruiting sector, we would love to hear from you.
