Urgent: U.S. WordPress Membership Developer — Elementor, Stripe & Data Migration

Lamborghini Club USA needs an experienced developer to complete and repair our live website: (link removed).

The site uses WordPress, Elementor, and Stripe. A previous company left the project unfinished, and members are experiencing problems.

Scope

1. Import existing members from Excel, preserving all agreed fields, including original join year, membership level, and expiration date. Match existing accounts to prevent duplicates and send secure password setup invitations where needed. Imported members must not be charged again.

2. Update the member welcome email with instructions for a required additional step directly with Lamborghini. Include a way to send these instructions to existing members.

3. Fix Stripe verification so new public registrations cannot create usable member accounts without confirmed payment. Preserve legitimate existing members and test renewal handling.

4. Strengthen protection against bot registrations; CAPTCHA is already installed, but bots still get through.

5. Create distinct administrator notifications for new memberships and contact form submissions, with agreed information in each.

6. Provide a complete member management interface within WordPress, with full profiles we can search, view, edit, filter, and export, replacing Excel for daily membership management.

Availability and delivery

- U.S.-based developer with Eastern Time business-hour availability.

- Available to start within 48 hours of hiring.

- Prioritize payment verification and unauthorized registration fixes.

- Target full completion within two to three weeks; confirm feasibility before accepting.

- Back up the site and test changes safely before deployment, preserving existing member access and payments.

Please include in your proposal

- Two comparable WordPress membership projects and your specific role.

- Your experience with Stripe, renewals, and member data imports.

- Your earliest start date and achievable completion date.

- A fixed-price breakdown with milestones for the scope above.

- Any required plugin fees, assumptions, exclusions, and post-launch support.
