As our business continues to grow, we\'re looking for a dedicated Warehouse Technician to join our team and help us maintain our high standards.
Role Overview
As a Warehouse Technician, you\'ll play a key role in the day-to-day operations of our warehouse and production facility. From managing stock and dispatching orders to supporting spirit production, this hands-on role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
Warehouse Operations
- Manage incoming and outgoing goods
- Operate forklift to consolidate pallets and IBCs
- Maintain warehouse integrity in line with HM Customs & Excise regulations
- Ensure effective stock rotation and inventory control
- Pick, pack, and dispatch daily orders
- Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement
Production Duties
- Assist with maceration, dilution, and calculation of spirits
- Fill, label, and cap bottles with attention to quality and compliance
- Ensure all production activities meet internal and regulatory standards
Administrative Tasks
- Complete daily entries in the HACCP folder
- Support documentation and compliance systems
Candidate Requirements
Essential Skills & Experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Valid UK Driver\'s License
- Experience in a warehousing environment
Preferred
- Experience working with spirits or alcohol products

- High attention to detail and quality standards
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently
- Adaptable to change in a growing business
- Practical and technically minded
