About TurFresh

TurFresh specializes in professional artificial turf cleaning and maintenance across multiple U.S. markets. We help homeowners and businesses keep their turf clean, fresh, and ready to enjoy.

We’re looking for a reliable freelance designer who can turn marketing ideas, photography, and raw video footage into polished content that educates customers, builds trust, and supports sales. You’ll work with our marketing team and complement our Social & Reputation role by producing the creative assets they need.

What You’ll Create
  • Social media graphics, educational carousels, and campaign assets.

  • Short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts using footage provided by our team.

  • Digital advertising graphics and video variations for testing different hooks, messages, and calls to action.

  • Email graphics for promotions, customer education, and maintenance reminders.

  • Website and landing page graphics.

  • Before-and-after content, customer testimonials, and service explainers.

  • Sales materials explaining our cleaning process, maintenance plans, and service value.

  • Occasional flyers, brochures, and other print materials.

Required Skills
  • A strong portfolio of marketing design for consumer brands or service businesses.

  • Basic short-form video editing: selecting useful footage, creating engaging openings, trimming clips, adding captions, balancing audio, and formatting for each platform.

  • Strong layout, typography, and visual storytelling skills.

  • Ability to make educational content clear and engaging.

  • Ability to follow brand guidelines while contributing thoughtful creative ideas.

  • Strong English communication, attention to detail, and dependable delivery.

  • Comfort working from briefs, asking useful questions, and incorporating feedback.

  • Proficiency in relevant design and video tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, CapCut, or comparable software.

  • Organized delivery of editable source files and finished assets.

Experience with home services, pet-related brands, or local service marketing is a plus.

Availability & Working Together

Consistent availability during Pacific Time business hours is required. We need someone who can collaborate while our team is working, participate in project discussions, and respond to feedback and revision requests during agreed availability windows.

You can be located anywhere, provided your schedule offers reliable overlap with our team. Please specify your regular available hours in Pacific Time and your current capacity for new projects.

Our marketing team will provide objectives, key messages, brand assets, photography, and raw footage—including field content captured by our team. You’ll turn those inputs into finished creative and identify anything else needed to complete the assignment.

Each project will have an agreed scope, deliverables, deadline, fee, and revision allowance. This role focuses on creative production; our team handles marketing strategy, publishing, community engagement, and reputation management.

What Success Looks Like
  • Clear, engaging creative that helps customers understand our services and their value.

  • Effective use of real customer and field footage.

  • Consistent branding across graphics and video.

  • Reliable turnaround, proactive communication, and accurate execution.

  • Assets delivered in the right formats, ready for our team to use.
