AO Globe Life is seeking motivated professionals to join our remote team in a client-focused role supporting families and individuals across the United States. In this opportunity, you will help clients understand and access important benefit programs while building meaningful relationships and providing dependable service. This fully remote position offers flexible scheduling, structured training, and pre-interested client consultations—no cold outreach or door-to-door sales required. Bilingual candidates who are fluent in English and Spanish or English and Vietnamese are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities

  • Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with clients using Zoom
  • Identify client needs and guide them through available benefit options
  • Explain coverage details and enrollment steps clearly and professionally
  • Maintain accurate digital records and manage follow-up communication
  • Provide exceptional client service while building long-term relationships
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions and team meetings to strengthen skills

Requirements

  • Must be physically located and authorized to work in the United States
  • Reliable internet connection
  • Windows-based laptop or desktop computer with webcam
  • Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
  • Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace
  • Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
  • Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
  • Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense

Nice-to-haves

  • Customer service, sales, or client relations experience is helpful but not required
  • Bilingual English-Spanish or English-Vietnamese communication skills are a plus, but not required
