This job was posted by https://www.kansasworks.com : For more<br><br>information, please see: https://www.kansasworks.com/jobs/13645076<br><br><ul><li>Job Category:** SPORTS<br><br></li></ul><strong>Job Responsiblities<br><br></strong><ul><li> Responsible for setting-up and tearing-down all event equipment<br><br></li></ul>and/or spaces.<br><br><ul><li> Ensuring all events start and end on time, as scheduled.</li><li> Ensuring the safety and security of the facility for all<br><br></li></ul>participants.<br><br><ul><li> Ensuring facility cleanliness at all times.</li><li> Assisting in traffic and crowd control during events.</li><li> Reporting any facility or equipment irregularities, unsafe<br><br></li></ul>conditions or feedback to supervisor in writing.<br><br><ul><li> Following and enforcing all YMCA policies, rules, regulations and<br><br></li></ul>procedures, including emergency and safety procedures.<br><br><ul><li> Reporting all incidents/accidents on the appropriate form as<br><br></li></ul>required and provide to supervisor within 24 hours of event.<br><br><ul><li> Attending all required training sessions and scheduled meetings.</li><li> Maintain prompt hours and follow established procedures for<br><br></li></ul>absences.<br><br><ul><li> Supporting Strong Community Campaign fundraising.</li><li> All other duties as assigned.</li><li>EFFECT ON END RESULT:** Providing a quality support system for YMCA<br><br></li></ul>Sports and a positive environment for all program participants and<br><br>observers.<br><br><strong>Summary<br><br></strong>Under the direction of the Sports Director/Senior Program Director, the<br><br><ul><li>Event Staff / Sport Site Supervisor** will ensure a quality experience<br><br></li></ul>and a positive environment by providing remarkable member experiences<br><br>for Youth Sports.
