We are looking for someone looking to build a long-term career with a growing company.<br><br>This role supports daily warehouse operations by receiving, organizing, tracking, and maintaining accurate inventory while ensuring products are ready to support our customers and team.<br><br>If you enjoy a hands-on environment, staying organized, and being part of a team that values accuracy and teamwork, we want to hear from you!<br><br><strong>Responsibilities<br><br></strong><strong>Pay: $19.00-23.00 – $19.00 <br><br></strong><strong>Hiring and Interviewing Immediately<br><br></strong><strong> <strong>Inventory Management & Control</strong> <br><br><br></strong><ul><li> Maintain accurate inventory levels through proper handling, storage, and documentation practices. </li><li> Ensure all inventory is assigned to designated bin locations with proper labeling. </li><li> Organize inventory by product category and maintain clean, efficient warehouse storage areas. </li><li> Track serialized equipment and ensure all product movement is accurately documented. </li><li> Maintain inventory accuracy by following established procedures and controls. <br><br><br></li></ul><strong> <strong>Receiving & Material Handling</strong> <br><br><br></strong><ul><li> Receive incoming shipments and verify quantities, part numbers, and condition against purchase orders and packing documentation. </li><li> Inspect received materials for accuracy and damage. </li><li> Enter inventory into the system before storing materials. </li><li> Properly label and assign received inventory to warehouse locations. </li><li> Safely handle equipment, parts, and materials using appropriate warehouse practices. <br><br><br></li></ul><strong> <strong>Picking, Issuing & Transfers</strong> <br><br><br></strong><ul><li> Pull inventory accurately based on approved work orders, sales orders, invoices, and transfer documentation. </li><li> Verify part numbers, quantities, and product details before issuing materials. </li><li> Complete system updates for inventory movements promptly. </li><li> Process returns by inspecting condition, verifying documentation, and updating inventory records. <br><br><br></li></ul><strong> <strong>Cycle Counting & Inventory Accuracy</strong> <br><br><br></strong><ul><li> Perform scheduled weekly cycle counts to support four annual inventory turns. </li><li> Conduct blind counts to ensure accurate and unbiased inventory verification. </li><li> Investigate inventory discrepancies and assist with root cause analysis. </li><li> Document inventory adjustments and provide supporting information for management review. </li><li> Maintain audit-ready inventory records at all times. <br><br><br></li></ul><strong> <strong>Warehouse Operations</strong> <br><br><br></strong><ul><li> Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient warehouse environment. </li><li> Follow all company safety policies and procedures. </li><li> Assist with continuous improvement initiatives related to warehouse processes and inventory accuracy. </li><li> Support other warehouse responsibilities as needed. <br><br><br></li></ul><strong>Qualifications<br><br><br></strong><ul><li> Warehouse, inventory, parts, or material handling experience preferred. </li><li> Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. </li><li> Basic computer skills and ability to learn inventory systems. </li><li> Ability to lift and move materials safely. </li><li> Dependable, team-oriented, and willing to learn. </li><li> High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. <br><br><br></li></ul><strong> <strong>Why Join SITECH Pacific?</strong> <br><br></strong>SITECH Pacific is a leader in construction technology solutions, supporting customers with innovative equipment and technology.
