We already have recruiters who can recruit.</strong></p><p>We're looking for someone who can <strong>SELL.</strong></p><p>If you can sell snow cones to a snowman, we should probably talk. β˜ƒοΈπŸ§</p><p>What You'll Be Doing</p><p>Your primary focus will be developing new Accounting & Finance clients and relationships throughout the Phoenix market.</p><p>You'll connect with <strong>CEOs, CFOs, Controllers, VPs of Finance, HR leaders and business owners</strong>, learn about their organizations and become someone they call when they need accounting and finance talent.</p><p>Phone. Email. LinkedIn. Coffee. Lunch. Networking. Referrals.</p><p>We don't really care how you build relationships β€” <strong>we care that you build them.</strong></p><p>Once you bring in an opportunity, you don't have to do everything yourself. <strong>You'll have recruiting support to help identify, engage and deliver great candidates.</strong></p><p>Who We're Looking For</p><p>Ideally, you have <strong>5+ years of sales, business development, staffing or recruiting experience</strong>.</p><p>Previous Accounting & Finance recruiting experience would be a home run. An existing network of Phoenix-area CFOs, Controllers, CEOs and other executives would be even better.</p><p>But neither is an absolute requirement.</p><p>If you've built a career in another industry and you're simply a <strong>great salesperson who loves the hunt, loves meeting people and knows how to develop business</strong>, we want to hear from you.</p><p>You should be comfortable working independently, picking up the phone, speaking with executives and hearing "no" without ruining your afternoon.</p><p>We're entrepreneurial. We're not looking for someone who needs to be micromanaged.</p><p>Location</p><p>This position <strong>can be remote</strong>, but preference will be given to someone who <strong>lives in Arizona or has strong ties to the Arizona market</strong>.</p><p>Why?</p><p>Our business is relationship-driven, and the majority of our clients are located throughout the <strong>Phoenix metro area</strong>.
